  1. Safety Cues

    • Smell - Rosewater Spritz, Peppermint/Lavender/Eucalyptus Essential Oil

    • Visually Confirm no threats in my environment (front, right, left, behind, above, below)

    • Havening Touch (while repeating "Safe, Connected, Loved" to myself) + 5 Slow, Deep Breaths (with elongated out-breaths)

    • Container Touch (gently squeeze muscles in arms and legs)


  2. Neutralize an Anchor
